With these simple steps, you can easily add a unique and eye-catching glitch transition to your Sony Vegas Pro videos. Preview your glitch transition and adjust the settings and keyframes as needed.
Add a crossfade between the two footage layers to smoothly transition between the glitch and non-glitch footage. This will allow you to control when and how the glitch effect appears. Add keyframes to the TV Simulator effect by clicking on the diamond icon in the Video Event FX window. You can change the distortion, noise, color, and more. Adjust the settings of the TV Simulator effect to your liking. Select the TV Simulator effect and drag it onto the duplicated footage layer. Go to the Video FX tab and search for glitch. Duplicate your footage layer by right-clicking on the layer and selecting Duplicate. Start by importing your footage into Sony Vegas Pro.
